Hi Deborah

Yes, having to review every blog in the network by manual process is indeed a herculean task and taking a step back.

I've always wondered whether my headlines were shown on blogs of related niche as that will surely improve the CTR.

I'll give the BlogRush team some time to work out the chinks and let's hope they come up with a better and stronger traffic driver.

As with anything that offers some form of benefit, there will always be gamers.

It seems to me that BlogRush would have their hands full at the moment to be able to do manual reviews with the plethora of sites signing up. Until they do, I think you're going to see a fair bit of unrelated links.

e.g. some titles in your widget as I speak ... Toronto Airport is Blogging
Controversial Email Marketing Secrets Revealed
and one that really sets the spidey senses off ...
Sell Things that DON'T Exist, although I haven't clicked through to see the sites. The one valid and reputable blog I'm aware of that I see is SMOblog.

It would be telling if stats were provided to you from BlogRush as to where your links are being displayed.

[...] me? Not good. The CTR remains horrible. I’m not the only one with that problem, I can see. Did I enjoy 'rush hour' traffic with BlogRush? Well, the answer is Yes and No! Unique visitors [...]
