The Week In Review (02/12 - 08/12)
While I’ve hit a roadblock recently, it is certainly not the end of the road for this blog. I can’t really pinpoint any reasons that have resulted in this dry patch but Michelle of Bloggrrl provided us 8 really good excuses for not blogging and updating her blog in the second half of November.
This cartoon here aptly describes the current situation I found myself in.

- Perhaps I should take a leaf out of Gyutae Park’s book from Winning the web on the processes that he use for brainstorming new ideas and implementing them on websites and businesses. Then maybe my creative juices will start to flow like an uncontrollable waterfall. Park has generated unique blogging ideas like free blog audit - to encourage comments on his blog, and blog hopping - sort of a give back to the community.
- Over at the barn, JohnCow won a Playstation 3 in a blog contest from Darin.cc three months ago but has yet to received the prize. Apparently, he is not the only (certainly not the first) winner who had won and is still waiting for their prizes. The cow felt tricked and questioned Darin’s credibility and reputation. I’ve also took part in Darin’s last contest to win an iPhoneand this must be the only time I will say that I’m glad I’ve not won it.
- Search Engine Journal had posted a huge list of 125 social bookmarking sites in alphabetical order, some of which are very popular and others, which are newer or somewhat unheard of. You will find some diamonds in the rough that are niche oriented or treated well by Google and other search engines. I’m not aware there are so many social bookmarking sites out there! Wow!!

Hey Chee Wee,
Thanks for the mention - although you did spell my name wrong.
Hope that I can help you out with new ideas. Funny comic but keep at it.
I’m sorry, Park.
I’ve corrected your name, and welcome to my blog!
