With the super long weekend courtesy of Hari Raya and National Day, many people took flight to neighboring countries for their weekend getaway. I also took flight, albeit of a different kind. With my training companion of 2 x 2kg dumbells and a fully filled 1.5 litre water bottle, I took to the flight of stairs in my apartment block for some stairs training.
This is one flight of stairs. I climbed 32 flights up and walked down again, repeated 7 sets. By the third sets, I was perspiring like crazy. It was a really tough workout, but it felt good!
