Games Convention Asia 2007
The big (fan)boys are in town to play and I was there to soak in all the sights and sounds of the digital playground. More than 10,000 square meters of space was transformed into a high-energy world of video games from major industry players Electronic Arts, Nintendo, Sony, Asiasoft, Nokia and more.
I am of course referring to Games Convention Asia (GCA) 2007, which is being held at Suntec City, Singapore, from 6 - 9 September. Join me to see some “sights” and hear some “sounds” of this great gaming convention!
Sports games from EA Sports are always popular with the boys.
The Nintendo play area is swarm with a younger set of players with their families in toll.
The evergreen classic icon of Nintendo - Mario
Sony has one of the largest booth in this convention, promoting its PS3 console.
Even the foreign media was there to cover the event!

Sounds like a great time! I’ve never had anything like that in my area, but would love to go. Midwest US isn’t exactly a hot spot for technology, though.
It sure is a lot of fun, an eye-opener too! I feel very lucky such International convention is being held here.

It was a huge huge show, the big boys were in town to play, showing off their latest toys!
All trying to outdo each other with better and more explosive games. In the end, all benefits go to us gamers!
This is truly a big big event and you are lucky to have been able to attend. I can just imagine what this must be like for someone who loves gaming!
Indeed I was ecstatic when I knew this International event will be happening at my own backyard. It was an eye-opener for me.
